Mitsubishi Shows 2013 Outlander Sport In New York

Mitsubishi Motors showcased the enhanced and improved 2013 Outlander Sport compact crossover utility vehicle (CUV) today at the 2012 New York International Auto Show.

Beginning in July, the 2013 Outlander Sport will be built in the United States at the company’s advanced automobile manufacturing facility in America’s heartland in Normal, Illinois. Ford Unveils New Lincoln MKZ at NY Auto Show

The all-new Lincoln MKZ makes its debut at the New York International Auto Show, marking a key milestone in Lincoln’s reinvention.

The new Lincoln MKZ offers the Lane Keeping System, a suite of advanced driving aids that helps drivers avoid drifting from their lane due to distraction or fatigue. Consisting of Lane Keeping Aid, Lane Keeping Alert and Driver Assist, the Lane Keeping System utilizes a mono-vision camera integrated into the rearview mirror to read the lane markers ahead.

Ford launches 85mpg Diesel Fiesta but not for the U.S.

The Ford Fiesta ECOnetic has been updated, with the new model achieving impressive fuel intake and emissions figures.
Utilizing a 94bhp 1.6-litre TDCi diesel engine, it consumes fuel at a rate of 85.6mpg (combined) and produces just 87g/km of CO2, its efficiency is a major improvement over the outgoing model, which managed 76.3mpg and emitted 98g/km.

Remarkable, although not quite enough to overcome the current supermini economy class leader, the Kia Rio EcoDynamics. Fitted with a 1.1-litre CRDi diesel engine, it emits 85g/km of CO2 and manages 88mpg, but only has 74bhp. Read more…

All-New Impala & Traverse to Debut in New York

The total transformation of the Chevrolet passenger car lineup advances with the debut of the all-new 2014 Impala full-size sedan at the New York International Auto Show next month. Chevrolet will also showcase a more-refined version of the family-friendly Traverse crossover utility vehicle for 2013.

Infiniti FX Sebastian Vettel Version Confirmed

Infiniti confirmed the FX Sebastian Vettel version, shown at the 2011 Dubai International Motor Show, is to enter a strictly limited production run of 200 units to be sold across Europe and Middle East regions.
